The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.01.2019 passed by the District Supply Officer, Jalgaon by filing this petition on 06.03.2019.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of approaching the Deputy Commissioner (Supplies) at Nashik. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would prefer such proceeding within 30 days and the time spent by the petitioner in this Court may be considered as a ground for condonation of delay.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the petitioner avails of a statutory remedy by filing an

*2* 916wp3570o20 appropriate proceeding on or before 09.04.2020, the time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 06.03.2019 till 09.04.2020 or till the filing of the proceeding, whichever is earlier, would be a good ground for seeking condonation of delay.
