PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioners have put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under:- "By issuing writ of mandamus or any other

(2) writ in like nature the Respondent No.3 may be directed to re fix the pay scale of the petitioner in consonance with provisions of Government Resolution dated 3rd August 2001 and he may be given benefit by granting pay scale of Rs.5500 to 9000 (revised pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay Rs.4300) and consequential benefits."

The petitioners point out that the correct pay fixation has already been done by the order dated 18.01.2014 by the respondent no.3. However, it is not being properly applied in the cases of the petitioners and, therefore, the petitioners have requested for grant of benefits as per the Government Resolution dated 03rd August, 2001 and re-fix the pay scale.

It is undisputed that the petitioners have directly come to this Court without voicing their grievances before respondent no.3.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent no.3 by placing proper representations making out all grounds in support of their grievances. If such representations are filed before respondent no.3, by 15.07.2022, we expect respondent no.3 to consider the entire records in the light of the grounds set out by the petitioners and take a decision on the said
