This application is filed for deleting respondents except respondent Nos.1B, 1C, 5A and 5B. The said deletion is sought on the ground that these respondents have ceased to have interest in the present appeal.

Learned counsel Mr. Shelke who appears on behalf of these respondents concedes to the said fact and records his no objection for deleting these names.
