In view of the deposit of amount of Rs.1 Lac, as ordered by this Court on 11th April, 2016, pursuant to the observations of the Apex Court, in the matter of Dilip S. Dahanukar vs. Kotak Mahindra Co. Ltd. & anr., reported in (2007) 6 SCC 528, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to suspend the sentence and release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the substantive sentence is suspended and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on the same terms on which he was released by the learned Trial Court.
