The petitioners are challenging the notice dated 01-08-2016 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar seeking revision of pay scale on the basis of Circular dated 28-07-2014.

We have heard Mr Sawant, learned Advocate for the petitioners.

Mr Shelke and Mr Aghav, learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submit that the directions are issued by the State Government to the effect that the decision of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.86 of 2014 dated 22-07-2016 shall be implemented for the tracers of the Zilla Parishad also. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submit that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed in view of the communication dated 18-12-2019.

In view of the communication dated 18-12-2019 placed on record by the learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and the respondents certainly will have to give the benefits as is detailed in the order dated 22-07-2016 in OA No.86 of 2014 as referred to in the letter dated 18-12-2019. The said letter is marked '

X'

for identification.

In view of that, impugned communication may not survive. No further adjudication is required. The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
