Vide order dated 24.4.2015, we had directed the Registry to give copy of the Inquiry Report. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the Inquiry Report is two parts. First report of eight pages have been received by the applicant, however, second part of report of three pages is not received. The same be given to the applicant.

Considering the prayer made and the fact that the applicant is a Committee, it would be appropriate to allow the applicant Committee i.e. its Members to inspect the record of the documents

issued from the Civil Judge (J.D.), Udgir. The concerned learned Judge shall allow the Officers of the applicant Committee to inspect the original record of the documents issued from the Civil Judge (J.D.), Udgir. The said inspection shall be completed within a span of two (2) days. The applicant shall inspect the said record with prior intimation to the concerned learned Judge, so also in presence of the responsible Officer of the Court.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
