It appears that the petitioner is only issued with the show cause notice by respondent No. 3. She is called for hearing. It is only if decision is taken against the petitioner, then the petitioner will have right to agitate before the appropriate forum. Today, the petition is premature. On the application of petitioner, no decision has been taken as yet. 2.

In view of the above, no case is made out for interference, at this stage. The petitioner may take up appropriate proceedings if the occasion arises.
