The learned counsel therefore on instructions of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. A communication to that effect dated 19th July, 2022 from the petitioners is placed on record along with order dated 13th May, 2022, which are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' and 'X-2' for identification. In such circumstances, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
