Learned Advocate for the review petitioners states that since this Court had passed an order on 01/09/2015 directing the petitioners to comply with the earlier order of this Court, the amount of Rs.90,000/- has been deposited in this Court. 2.

He further submits that by order dated 15/09/2015, the nonapplicant/employee was permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.90,000/-. Since the order dated 28/02/2012 in Writ Pettion No.2468/2011 has been complied with, this review petition can be khs/Oct. 2015/118-d

disposed of alongwith the Contempt Petition No.554/2012. 3.

Mr.Gholap, learned Advocate submits that the contempt petition was filed only to ensure that the amount of Rs.90,000/-, as directed by this Court in its earlier dated 28/02/2012, is recovered. Since the said order has been complied with, the contempt petition can be disposed of as the petitioner does not press the review petition seeking review of the same order.

In the light of the above, the review petition is disposed of. Similarly, Contempt Petition No.554/2012 is disposed of, as withdrawn.
