Mr. Munde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the grievance committee for grant of benefit of leave encashment. The same is not decided.

The grievance committee would consider the application of the petitioner for grant of benefit of leave encashment after hearing all parties concerned, on its own merits. Naturally, contention of the petitioner and the contention raised by the respondent-Institution will have to be considered by the grievance committee.

The grievance committee shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
