This matter was heard for some time. Noticing that the petitioner has a civil dispute with licensee/respondent No.6 with regard to the expiry of the contract of the license agreement dated 01/09/2008 between the two, we expressed our disinclination.

The petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition so as to avail of a civil remedy against respondent No.6.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent No,.6/licensee submits that as the license agreement with the petitioner has expired, khs/Apr.2021/366-d

- 2 - respondent No.6 would be open to resolve the dispute amicably or through arbitration since there is a clause of arbitration in the agreement. 4.
