The learned advocate for the applicant seeks direction to expedite the trial.

The learned Trial Court is directed to decide Sessions Case No.15 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one year from today, by listing the matter at least twice in a week. Needless to mention that the word "Session" means that once it is started, it shall not be stopped. It is clarified that if any other Sessions
