The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has filed an application for compensation of losses suffered due to installation of High Tension Transmission Line in the year 2014. The same is filed before the District Magistrate. The same

the learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1, 3 and for added party and submits that in case the application is pending, the authority would decide it on its own merits.

In case the application filed by the petitioner (Page No.30 and 24) is pending with the authority and if the authority is competent to decide it then the same shall be decided by the authority on its own merit after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within nine months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
