Mr.Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 28.08.2018 the letter is issued by the Zilla Parishad, Jalna and the claim of the petitioner is considered.

Learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the benefit of gratuity as per Government Resolution dated 04.02.2015 is also being considered by the Zilla Parishad.

In view of above nothing would survive in the writ petition for adjudication and as such the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
