Present application has been filed for dividing the share of deceased applicant No.5 between applicant Nos.2 to 4. In fact the matter was decided by this Court on 11.12.2014, when the applicant No.5 was alive. Under such circumstance, if any event takes place after the pronouncement of the judgment, the apportionment of any entitlement in the claim cannot be done. The remedy may be elsewhere. 2.

The applicant No.2 is now become major. Under such circumstance he is allowed to withdraw the amount which has given to his share.
