Mr. M.S. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner are pending with respondent no.1-Committee. However, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are not declaring the results of the petitioner of IIIrd year M.B.B.S.-Winter 2016 examination. 3.

The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 3.

The validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner, it seems, are pending since the year 2011. Respondent No.1-Committee shall

wp3874-2017 decide the said validation proceedings expeditiously and preferably within three months. The petitioner shall cooperate with the Committee for expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before respondent no.1-Committee on 4th April, 2017. 5.

The respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination of IIIrd year M.B.B.S.-Winter 2016, only on the ground that the validation proceedings in respect of petitioner's tribe claim are pending.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
