It is stated that tender authority has taken an administrative decision to recall the Tender Notice No.BSL/SE/EHV/O&M/KDK/T-18/2023-24 bearing RFX No.7000029571 for "work of providing Trained Civilian Security Guards and Supervisor for watch and ward of material, Switchyard and MSETCL property at various EHV Sub Stations under EHV (O and M) Circle, Bhusawal". 3.

In view of the said administrative decision to recall the tender, the statement is further made that fresh tender would be issued, therefore, the purpose of the writ petition would be no longer in existence.
