PER COURT :- Delay condonation application order :- 1.

By his application, the applicants are praying for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Reference Court.

Learned Senior counsel for the applicants invites attention of this Court to paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the application and submits that the delay has been occasioned on account of administrative reasons as well as the period of Covid-19 pandemic. 3.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents opposed the prayers.

Having considered the reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 and 3 and submissions advanced, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. The application is therefore allowed. Delay of aaa/-
