This application has been moved for relaxation of condition of directing the applicant to furnish bank guaranty as security for withdrawal of 50% of the amount vide orders dated 14th December, 2012 and 17th December, 2019.

The document has been produced on record to show that the applicant was required to pay little over Rs.6 lakhs towards commission for 1 / 2

974-CA-3775-21.odt obtaining bank guaranty. The applicant has also placed on record solvency certificate to suggest that the person named therein would stand personal security for withdrawal of the amount.

In view of same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, which had already been permitted to be withdrawn vide orders dated 14th December, 2012 and 17th December, 2019 against the bank guaranty, by furnishing personal security. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
