The petitioners are challenging the common judgment and order of the scrutiny committee dated 04.03.2025 refusing to validate their 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe certificates. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service for the respondents.

The committee has passed the impugned judgment and order

2 949.WP.3532.25.odt by resorting to a common vigilance inquiry report dated 26.08.2022 (Exhibit - C) which was a common inquiry and report in the matter of all the three petitioners and four other individuals including Amruta Anurudra Jadhav, Mahesh Bibhishan Jadhav and Yogesh Bibhishan Jadhav. The committee had dismissed the proposals of Amruta, Mahesh and Yogesh. In Writ Petition No.9066/2024 by the judgment and order dated 06.09.2024, their petition was allowed and they were held entitled to have certificates of validity co-terminus with the validity of one Nitin Chandrasen Jadhav.

Since the same set of evidence has been a subject matter of scrutiny of the Committee as also this Court in the matter of Amruta, Mahesh and Yogesh, for the self same reasons as have been recorded in their matter, the writ petition is allowed partly. The impugned judgment and order is quashed and set aside. The Committee shall immediately issue certificates of validity to the petitioners which shall be co-terminus with the validity of Nitin Chandrasen Jadhav. 5.

The petitioners shall not claim equities.
