Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGP for the respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee. By this writ petition, the petitioners are challenging common order passed by the respondent caste scrutiny committee dated 16.02.2023 invalidating their claim of belonging to 'Thakur' scheduled tribe.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that blood relatives of the petitioners have been granted validity certificates. He relies on common judgment and order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.10846/2025 and Writ Petition No.3314/2023. Yogeshwari Deore and her father Ashok were the petitioners in those petitions. Learned counsel took us through the genealogy to point out name of

2 952.WP.3162.23.odt Ashok and Yogeshwari to have been figured therein along with the petitioners in this writ petition. He, therefore, urged for granting the petitioners validity certificates.

The learned AGP on the other hand does not dispute the said fact as well as the relationship of the petitioners with validity holders. 4.

Since the genealogy indicates validity holders Ashok and Yogeshwari to be blood relatives of the petitioners herein, we have to allow the writ petition. The petition, therefore, stands allowed in terms of following order.

O R D E R

I.

The writ petition is allowed.

II.

The impugned order dated 16.02.2023 passed by the respondent - caste scrutiny committee is hereby quashed and set aside. III.

The Scrutiny Committee shall issue the petitioners validity certificate of 'Thakur' scheduled tribe forthwith. IV.

Writ petitions disposed of.
