All learned Advocates for the petitioners states that now the Society has issued no dues certificate on 15.10.2024. The learned Advocate for the Society also submits that no dues certificate is issued and only the difficulty expressed is that though the no dues certificates are issued yet the charge is not removed on 7/12 extract. It is assured by the learned Advocate for the respondent Society that after the petitions are disposed

49wp4158.16 off the said charge will be removed from 7/12. This statement is made in presence of Chairman of the Society and on his instructions, who is present in the Court.

Thus the Writ Petitions are disposed off by taking the No Dues Certificate on record and marked as annexure 'X'. Respondent Society is expected to remove the charge within four weeks from today.
