By this Civil Application, the applicants seek early hearing of the writ petition, in the wake of it's long pendency. 2.

The Writ Petition deserves to be heard finally and it is, accordingly, directed to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 21.03.2022. This Civil Application is, accordingly, allowed. 3.

The apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner about some amount being recovered by the respondent before the Industrial Court, is unfounded, since it shall be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition.
