The delay is inordinate but considering the statutory right of the appellant - claimant, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of cost of Rs.4,000/- (rupees four thousands only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Pooja Kale 1/2
