Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P for the respondent/State.

Perused the F.I.R. It has been alleged that the police tried to stop the vehicle as they got suspicion but the driver tried to kill the police officer on duty by his vehicle. However, there were no injuries. The report was lodged against unknown person. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. The charge sheet has been filed. Considering the facts they deserve bail.

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant (1) Suresh @ Pintya S/o Devrao Khillare, applicant No.2 Wasim S/o Sandal Qureshi, applicant No.3 Sadek Khaja Qureshi,

B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No 0520/2022 registered with Basmath Police Station, Taluka Basmath, District Hingoli for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 379, 279, 332, 337, 420, 427 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/25 of Arms Act, Sections 11(1)(d), 11(1)(e), 11(1)(f), 11(1) (k) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Sections 134, 184, 239/177, 179/177 of the Motor Vehicles Act on the condition that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
