For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Delay condoned. Appeal be registered. However, the appellants shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period of 1513 days and also for delay in circulating this application which has been filed in March 2017, but circulated four and half years thereafter. As such, the appellants shall not be entitled for component of interest for this period of four and half years also.
