The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner does not press the prayer clause 'A'. The prayer clause 'A' stands rejected as not pressed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, the petitioner is limiting his prayer to the extent that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar be directed to decide his representation.

Mr. Aghav, the learned advocate appears for the respondent No. 3. The learned A. G. P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the representation is filed by the petitioner and the

2 wp 8694.21 Chief Executive Officer is competent to decide the representation of the petitioner (page No. 43), then the C. E. O. shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
