PER COURT :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time. The main grievance of the applicant original informant is that the accused from Special Case No. 2 of 2020 are not arrested by the Police and police gave notice under Section 41(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in stead of arresting the accused. Some submission on the fact of the matter were also heard. There was some accident and it is contended that there was quarrel when the informant learnt that the unknown vehicle was belonging to accused and during that quarrel some abuses were given which involved the name of the cast. As the case is already pending in the trial Court, this grievance need not be addressed by this Court. If felt necessary the trial Court may pass appropriate order.
