Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribunal is not functioning at Aurangabad and as such has filed the present petition challenging petitioner's transfer.

The learned A.G.P. refers to the Circular issued by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai dated 10.03.2021, wherein, it is clarified that the urgent matters would be taken for hearing from Aurangabad Bench of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and if required by video conferencing also.

In view of that, the petitioner may approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad.
