The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the continuation of the services of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2 since January, 2015. The same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP appears for respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that if such a proposal is

In case the proposal (Exhibit "F") in respect of continuation of the petitioner in service is pending, respondent no.2 shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of six months from today.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
