Heard. Perused the First Information Report (for short "F.I.R.") and the related papers.

The applicant along with her husband and one Rajendra Jadhav allegedly assaulted the informant. It is the applicant's husband who assaulted the informant with sickle. The applicant is alleged to have given the informant a fist blow. The applicant is woman. Considering the nature of the role played by the applicant in the alleged offence, the Court finds it to be a fit case for confirmation of the order dated 09.03.2023. In view of the same, the order granting the applicant interim anticipatory bail is hereby made absolute.

931aba328.23 Hence, the applicant be released on bail on her executing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount on the conditions that (i) The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. (ii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
