By this application the applicant seeks cancellation of bail granted to respondents No. 2 to 5 in Crime No. 206/2019 registered with Sillod City Police Station for the offences punishable under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 201 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned advocate for respondents No. 2 to 5.

During the course of hearing it is transpired that in the present crime charge sheet is filed on 28.05.2020 and the case is numbered as Regular Criminal Case No. 130/2021.
