The learned A.G.P. submits that, reasonable time may be given to Respondent No.3/Tahsildar to deal with the representation of the Petitioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let the Tahsildar, Tahsil Office, Paithan, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, deal with the representation of the Petitioner within a period of 120 days from today, on it's own merits. If the grievance of the Petitioner is not redressed thereafter, he would be at liberty to approach the appropriate Forum for seeking quashing of the 7/12 entries.
