Present Petition has been filed to direct respondent No.2 committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending since 4th September 2023.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

It appears that the petitioner is a student of 12th Science and preparing for NEET-2024. The petitioner claims that she

wp-3423.24 belongs to Scheduled Tribe category and therefore, she is in need of the validity certificate.

Since the claim of the petitioner is pending since 4th September 2023, taking into consideration the pendency before respondent No.2 and also the need of the petitioner, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period of TWO MONTHS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
