According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Respondents should acquire 3200 sq.ft also as it is not in use of the petitioner. There is no provision pointed out or the policy placed on record to show that the petitioner as of right can ask the Respondents to acquire the remaining portion of the land though is not effectuated in acquisition.

In light of that, the case put forth by the petitioner can not be considered.
