The grievance of the petitioner is that the pension proposal is not forwarded by the Management.

The learned advocate for the Institution submits that the petitioner is not co-operating for submission of the pension proposal. The petitioner
( 2 ) wp 3548.17 was directed to give the necessary documents such as service book and other documents. However, since the date of retirement, the petitioner did not approach the Institution.

According to the learned counsel for petitioner the service book is with the Institution.

It would be in nobody's interest in making allegations and counter allegations against each other. The petitioner shall approach the Institution i.e. Respondent No.5 within 15 days. The institution and the petitioner may reconcile the documents required for forwarding pension proposal and shall comply submission of all the documents. Thereafter, the Institution shall within six weeks forward the pension proposal to the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall process the pension proposal expeditiously and take further course of action. 5.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
