After making submissions for a while, when it was revealed that the applicant wants to press the ground of breach of term imposed to the bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge, then, it can be concluded that the applicant should go to the same Court first and not directly to this Court. Thereupon the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application with liberty to approach the same Court or the Court where the case is pending. In view of the fact that the applicant intends to press the said ground, this application is allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
