The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been amicably settled before the Lok Adalat held on 03.03.2024 and the matrimonial proceedings pending between them bearing Criminal M.A. No.1151 of 2018 has been disposed off. So also, the decree of dissolution of marriage has been passed under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act on 25.06.2024. The copies of the orders are taken on record and marked as Exh."X-1" and Exh."X-2" for identification.

Since the matrimonial disputes between the parties are amicably settled and both the them mutually obtained the decree of divorce, therefore, the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive.
