The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule, respondent no.3, to decide the proposal for sanction of appointment of the petitioner no.2 as a Peon in accordance with Procedure, Rules and Norms after hearing the concerned parties, as expeditiously as possible, however, within ten weeks from today and, to communicate the said decision to the petitioner no.2 and also the concerned management.

The concerned parties to appear before respondent no.3 on 11th February, 2016. In case it is possible for the Education Officer to take a decision on the said date, the Education Officer can do so, however, after hearing the concerned parties. In case it is not convenient for respondent no.3 to take decision on agp/-
