Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the applicants fairly submits that the earlier orders to deposit the entire amount under the awards together with upto-date interest in this Court, could not be complied with. He further requests that further time may be granted to deposit the amount and stay may be granted.

In the circumstances, at his request, as a last chance, time of 10 weeks from today to deposit the entire amount under the awards together with upto-date interest, finally, in this Court is hereby granted. 4.

Upon deposit of the amount, the interim orders of grant of stay to the execution of the awards are hereby made absolute on the above condition.

Upon failure, the present applications for grant of stay to the execution of the awards shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court. 6.

Civil Applications accordingly stand disposed of.
