The learned counsel for the applicant - petitioner submits that, since the petitioner inadvertently could not furnish the fresh address of the sole respondent, the writ petition has been dismissed vide order dated 02.11.2018. The learned counsel submits that, now the petitioner has received the correct address of the sole respondent and it will be furnished in the Registry after the matter is restored to the original file. The learned counsel, in the circumstances, has prayed for restoration of the writ petition. 2.

In view of the submission made, the order dated 02.11.2018 is set aside. Writ Petition No.9110 of 2018 stands restored to its original file. Civil Application stands disposed of. ggp
