This is the Application by the Appellant / Insurance Company to serve Respondent No.4 - Shaikh Muddasir S/o. Shaikh Naseruddin through paper publication.

There is no dispute that on earlier occasion this Court by order dated 28.11.2024 permitted the Appellant / Insurance Company to serve Respondent No.4 by way of paper publication in daily 'Sanjwarta' having wide circulation in Jalna District.

Now, this Application is moved on the ground that the said newspaper by name Daily 'Sanjwarta' has discontinued their circulation within Jalna City. Hence, this is the Application seeking permission to serve Respondent No.4 by way of paper publication through daily newspaper 'Lokmat' having wide circulation in Jalna District.

The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that appropriate orders be passed.

In view of the above contentions made in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. After the paper publication is made, copy of daily newspaper ' Lokmat' be placed on record. Notice be published within a period of four weeks. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
