This is a request for extension of time for third occasion. The Court had directed to decide the claim petitions within one year by order dated 18th October, 2022. The said time was again extended by one year vide order dated 4th November, 2023. Still, now a request is made for extension of two months' time to dispose of MACP Nos.493, 495 and 496 of 2002.

Considering the request, the time is extended by two months from today, by way of last chance.
