ORDER :

Tatyarao Swarooprao Chikhale, party in person is present. He wants direction of this Court to hand over the investigation of case in which chargesheet No. 40/14 is filed. He submits that Pradip Ankush Katre is his son in law and so, he is interested in getting direction from this Court. The relief of quashing of F.I.R. is also claimed. This C.R. No. 155/12 registered on the basis of report given by Vasant Patil and the applicant, who has no locus standi wants direction in favour of Pradip Katre. This Court has made it clear that if anybody has any grievance, he may be accused or complainant, he can come to the Court. The petition is dismissed.
