The Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of compensation awarded by MACT, Aurangabad within a period of six weeks from today in terms of compromise before the Tribunal.

The Claimant is entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation in terms of Award passed by the Tribunal.

6.

The Chairman/Member, MACT, Aurangaabd shall adjust the statutory amount and amount if any, withdrawn earlier, from the amount of compensation and thereafter take necessary steps for making the payment.

7.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

8.
