By this application, the prayer is made to permit the amendment in the writ petition, so as to bring on record subsequent events those have taken place during the pendency of this writ petition.

The applicants seek to add certain pleadings specifically as per Annexure -A-2 and also seek to incorporate some prayer against the proposed respondents.

Perusal of the contents of the amendment would show that the events which are sought to be brought on record are unconcerned with the dispute in the present writ petition. Therefore, such amendment need not be permitted. Consequently, Civil Application is rejected.
