None present for the applicants. The learned A.P.P. states that the Investigating Officer has sent a report informing him that the investigation is completed and the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not essential. The report of the Investigating Officer is taken on record and marked as annexure "X".

The applicants were on interim protection since 7.4.2021. In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P., the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:- i) The application is allowed.
