The learned AGP appearing for respondents, on instructions, states that the application tendered by the petitioner for issuance of crushing licence would be decided and appropriate orders would be passed subject to decision in Writ Petition No.11220 of 2016.

The decision shall be taken within a period of eight days from today.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of.
