On instructions learned counsel for applicants makes statement that amount in terms of Award shall be deposited with this Court within eight weeks. The statement made accepted. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' subject to condition that the amount in terms of Award shall be deposited within eight weeks.

Failure to deposit the amount within stipulated time, the stay stands vacated and the application to be treated as rejected.
