Parties have fled joint compromise terms on afdavit on record verifed on 08-03-2021 and state that they have amicably resolved the dispute. Parties are not residing together since 2016, the position accepted as correct. Terms of settlement arrived at, are acceptable to the parties.

Learned counsel for parties state that the terms and conditions of the compromise have been explained to the parties, they have appreciated and understood the same and out of their free will, have entered into which have been verifed before the Registrar. Learned counsel refer to that parties accept that there is desertion for a continuous period of more than two years according to provisions of Section 13 (i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Learned counsel further submit that the parties would not raise any dispute over the terms of compromise and, therefore, dissolution of marriage may be granted.

Parties are present before the court. Respective learned counsel identify their clients and state that they have arrived at compromise terms which are correct, proper and legal. 4.
Having regard to aforesaid, it appears to be expedient that the family court appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise settled by and between the parties as shown in the compromise terms which are verifed on afdavit on 08-03-2021.

As such, family court appeal is disposed of as per aforesaid terms and conditions fled on record.

Petition no.A-70 fled by the parties before Family Court, Jalna, for dissolution of marriage is hereby granted and allowed, as prayed for.

Marriage between the parties declared to have been dissolved. Decree be drawn up accordingly.

Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
